"Shine" printed on camo ice dye

This was a printed shirt that we thrifted for upcycling. We did a lot of upcycled items when we did Farmer's market locally and recently decided to start updating some to our website. If you are not familiar with the term upcycled - this is when artisans find thrifted items at low cost. Every piece chosen is inspected to ensure that the material is in good condition before and after being dyed.  These items a are a great way to get a good dye on a smaller budget.

All Tie Dyes are made using 100% cotton and Procion MX dyes. everything is set for 24 hours (some are assisted with heat as i live in a cooler climate than some dyers) before being hand washed and heat soaked to assure little to no future colour bleed. For best colour last, as with most companies, we suggest washing on cold with like colours, hang to dry when possible. And if you are busy like me than you may like to hear that personally i have washed hot, mix my laundry and to date, have had no issues.

Everything we make is hand tied and dyed with love by myself or one of our related THTD members...we live and dye as a family
