How long will shipping take?

Processing time for ready to ship items is 1-4 days on weekdays. Friday is our regular post day unless express has been requested.
Once shipped Estimated delivery times are as follows-- PLEASE NOTE: the estimates in Shopify checkout cannot be modified so the estimated times shown at checkout are general and not the real estimates that I have to deal with. These are the estimates that my local shipping company offers for standard shipping.

** all North American parcels include tracking at no extra cost. 
  • North America: 1-3 weeks

** Tracking costs extra through Canada Post for any overseas orders.  Estimates shown are for Economy shipping which will not include tracking. If you require tracking on an overseas order please make sure to Select Standard or Express.

  • Europe: 2-4 weeks 
  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 5-8 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

For ready to ship items I do accept returns or exchanges as long as I am contacted within 30 days of arrival (for a total of 45 days from purchase) 
Please contact me if you have any problems with your order and I will do my best to resolve it. 
** Note that due to the nature of custom orders returns are only available on ready to ship items. Custom orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit and do not qualify for refund
    Conditions of return-
    Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

    How do you wash the Tie dye/ care instructions

    For longest last on colour it is suggested to wash on cold with light colours and hang to dry. do not use bleach. Follow instructions as you would for the material you are washing (cotton, rayon, etc)

    How much of the tie dye is actually done by the kids?

    Over the years the kids have branched off into their own interests so their help these days is minimal. Newer listings will have the artists mentioned on the dyes so you can know whose work went into each piece. 

    Are your shirts true to size?

    We have used a few different brands of shirts over the years. For clarity brand specs are mentioned in the bullet notes on each listing and size specs for that brand can be seen in the enclosed size chart when applicable.

    Are all of your stones ethically sourced?

    Some of the pieces were made before I started getting more selective about where I acquire my stones and crystals from. Stones that were ethically sourced or mined by myself will be mentioned in the listing.

    Do you have a gift wrap option?

    If this is for a present or gift we can offer tissue or wrapping paper options. Feel free to message us for further inquiries.
